Mansion

The mansion - right next to the main entrance of the museum - was built between 1910 and 1912. Its first residents were August Horch and his family. In 2005, the mansion could be opened to the public after comprehensive reconstruction works. Furnished with antiques in Art Nouveau style the mansion offers an ambiente of its time.

The August Horch Mansion can be visited upon request. Please inquire at the cashier's desk. A museum attendant will accompany you to the former industrialist's mansion. It is also possible to visit the mansion as part of a guided tour.
Due to constructive reasons the August Horch Mansion is not accessible for wheelchairs.
